Privacy
Your audio stays on your device. Sharing a correction is a separate action.

Your audio and results
Audio is decoded, played and analyzed in your browser. This tool does not upload your audio or its filename. Clearing a result, replacing a file or closing the page releases that audio from the page. Your original file is not changed.
Listening, tapping a tempo, changing a half-time or double-time candidate, and copying a result do not send a correction automatically.
Correction history on this device
When you change an audio result, this browser saves a local history entry. It contains the filename, an audio identifier, file size and duration, the original and corrected values, the analysis version, the time, and any note you add. The identifier is a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file; it cannot reconstruct the audio.
History is specific to this browser. It remains until you delete an entry or clear this site's browser data. Clearing the current result does not clear your history.
Use Correction history to export JSON or CSV before clearing browser data. JSON includes your local filenames; CSV leaves filenames out. Both can contain your notes, so check an export before sharing it.
When you submit a correction
Save correction saves your edit locally and sends it to the feedback service. For changes made with half-time, double-time, tap or restore controls, choose Submit feedback in the history to share that entry.
A submission includes its record ID, audio fingerprint, file size and duration, detected and corrected values, analysis version, time, change source, and your optional note. It never includes the audio or filename. Please do not put personal information, private links or credentials in a note.
The service uses submitted corrections for manual investigation of detection problems. A received correction is not a verified answer, and it does not automatically retrain or change the analyzer. If submission fails, your local copy remains available for retry.
Submitted corrections are stored separately from your browser and do not expire automatically. Delete local copy removes only the copy on this device; it does not withdraw an already submitted correction.
Website requests and usage counts
Loading this website sends normal requests to its host, which can receive connection details such as your IP address, the requested page and your browser's request headers. These requests do not contain your audio.
The feedback service uses your connection's IP address for short-lived request limits. It does not save your IP address with your correction.
The current site does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts and does not set tracking cookies. Basic event counts stay in page memory, reset when the page is reloaded, and are not sent to a statistics service.
Your choices
You can analyze and copy results without submitting feedback or creating an account. Review a note before sending it, export the local records you want to keep, and use the history controls to remove local copies. This notice will be updated if the site's collection or sharing behavior changes.
